SVG Tutorial - How to Make a Patriotic "Pucker"

This design I am calling a "Patriotic Pucker"! haha A couple weeks ago I created this to go on my Etsy Shop where I sell SVG files and thought it'd be a good one to share with you other SVG designers. I actually tried and tried to create "puckering lips" completely from scratch, but after many failed attempts of taking hideous photos of myself while kissing the camera, I gave up and came up with the easy solution I share inside this tutorial!
